2. TUCK MAGIC MIRROR

The in-store virtual try-on kiosk.

Your fitting room is the bottleneck. The Magic Mirror is the unlock.

A life-size, AI-powered try-on kiosk for your store. Customers try twenty outfits in five minutes. No folding, no unpacking, no queue. Your sales staff stops being inventory managers and becomes salespeople again.

What you're up against

Walk into a fashion store on a Saturday and the single biggest constraint on your sales is not your product, your pricing, or your staff. It is your fitting room.

A customer tries three garments in fifteen minutes. That is the upper limit of physical reality. Around 15 percent of customers walk away from the queue before trying anything at all. The staff you are paying to sell are spending roughly 30 percent of their time folding, repacking, and re-shelving instead. Your premium pieces stay locked or boxed, because you cannot risk soiling. The customer does not ask to try them. Your highest-margin inventory underperforms quietly.

Stains, sweat, makeup, and zipper damage cost the average store ₹5 to 8 lakhs a year in shop-soiling write-offs. And the moment a customer cannot find their size on the floor, they walk out, even though that size is sitting in your warehouse. You lose around 8 percent of your demand to that single problem.

Every one of those losses goes away the moment a Magic Mirror is on your floor.

What it actually is

The Tuck Magic Mirror is a portrait-mounted, life-size touchscreen kiosk that runs the Tuck virtual try-on engine natively. The customer walks up, stands on a marker, the camera takes a full-body photo, and within seconds they are trying garments on. Ten times faster than a fitting room can move them, without changing clothes once.

It is a fitting room that serves infinite customers in parallel, with infinite inventory, including everything sitting in your warehouse.

What it does

Each garment renders in roughly fifteen seconds, against the three minutes a physical trial takes. The customer can browse your full warehouse catalog, not just what is on the shelf, so the "sorry, that size isn't here" walkout disappears. Stock stays on the rack. Nothing gets folded, unfolded, or soiled.

Premium and luxury pieces, the ones you currently keep locked or boxed, become autonomously triable. Suddenly the high-ASP rack is approachable for the mass-market shopper, which is the unlock most stores didn't realise they were waiting for.

Our "See My Fit" body heat map shows the customer where the garment is tight, where it is perfect, and where it is loose. They make their own size-up or size-down decision in real time, and they tend to get it right.

The rendering uses the customer's actual photo and preserves face, proportions, fabric drape, lighting, and shadow. It looks photographic, not avatar-ish.

Pairing mode lets a customer select a top and a bottom together to see the full outfit at once. That single feature drives meaningful upsell on its own.

You can choose between a wall-mounted unit for fixed installations, ideal for a gallery-format Magic Mirror look, or a standalone portable kiosk with a 13,000 mAh battery providing three to four hours of mobile operation.

The merchant admin panel gives you full control over catalog, pricing, real-time discounts, and curated collections. Update once, and it syncs instantly to every kiosk in your network.

We mount, provision, and calibrate in a single day.

The business case, store by store

Modelled against a benchmark high-street store doing ₹10 crore in annual revenue.

Try-on throughput moves from three garments in fifteen minutes to twenty-plus in five. Staff hours saved come in around a thousand per year, redeployed from refolding to actual selling. Premium inventory finally gets tried, lifting high-ticket sales. Shop-soiling losses drop by ₹5 to 8 lakhs annually because virtual fitting makes physical try-ons fall by 60 percent. And recovered stockout sales, the customers you would have lost to "size not available," add roughly ₹20 to 40 lakhs in annual revenue back to the store.

Those are not aspirational numbers. They are what a single store recovers in a year.

Who this is built for

High-street fashion stores and multi-brand outlets. Premium and luxury apparel retailers with locked or boxed inventory. Ethnic-wear stores, where the draping complexity of sarees and lehengas makes virtual try-on genuinely transformative. Department stores. Mall-based fashion chains looking to differentiate against e-commerce.

Tuck Magic Mirror is implemented across India and the GCC by Adtech Systems Limited, our exclusive deployment partner.

Asset-light, zero risk

You do not pay for a hardware experiment. Kiosk hardware is procured by you or your appointed partner at standard market rates, and you own the asset. Tuck operates as a SaaS subscription with flexible pricing, no hidden depreciation, and the ability to scale to as many kiosks as you want without renegotiating.
